I have over 20 years of experience.  I've taught hundreds of classes, worked with dozens of students 1:1, led teacher trainings, yoga retreats around the globe, and brought yoga to corporations.

My passion is to help people find themselves through the practice of yoga. Yoga is more than a physical practice and that becomes clear to anyone that practices it more than just a few times. When we are healthy, we are better able to face challenges and give our best to whatever endeavor we undertake.
